Enquiry forms collect the name, email, message, and any organization, role, phone, city, or interest details you choose to submit. Newsletter subscriptions collect your email address and consent date.
How information is used
Enquiry details are used to review and respond to your request. Newsletter details are used for updates you consent to receive. Providing an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Storage & security
Submitted details are stored using Lovable Cloud. Records are not publicly accessible. Server-side validation and submission limits help protect these forms from abuse. A hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention; raw identifiers are not stored in the submission-limit records.
Cookies & local preferences
The website stores your cookie choice in your browser so you are not repeatedly asked. Choose “Necessary only” to decline optional tracking or “Accept all” to permit optional analytics. No optional analytics trackers are currently installed. Essential form processing is unaffected by your choice.
You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Optional services must respect this choice when introduced.
Third-party services
Fonts are delivered through Google Fonts, which receives ordinary connection information such as your network address. Website hosting and asset delivery also process information required to serve pages.
Your requests & retention
You may use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of newsletter consent. The Foundation must confirm its official privacy contact and approved retention schedule before launch. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal obligations.
Children & images
Forms are intended for adult enquirers. The current classroom images are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of Kogaku beneficiaries. Real learner photographs and stories will require appropriate authorization before publication.
